Jones County

Jones County History and Heritage (JCHH)
placed a marker at the Jones County court house for Jacob P. Hutchings. He cut most of the granite stones that were used throughout the Clinton and Jones County. The stones that he cut for the court house in Clinton now create the retaining wall around the current court house in Gray.
